Dear Sisters & Brothers, It is generally believed that the basis & proof of everything that happens in the universe is VEDAS which are in the divine language of Sanskrit only may be at the most 5% of world population may be able to read and write which is rather unfortunate and the most sadest thing happened in Bharat is not able to introduce Sanskrit language in all primary and secondary schools was the biggest blunder!

The MahaVakyas are the Great Sentences of Advaita Vedanta and Jnana Yoga and are contained in the Upanishads. Maha is Great and Vakyas are Sentences or Utterances for contemplation. There are 7 MahaVayas but only 4 are more popular and talked about.
