MINIMUM WE CAN OBSERVE DURING THIS MONTH

Those who can may take one meal/day ONLY IF POSSIBLE!

Avoid taking non-vegetarian food

To observe silence (Mouna Vratam) at least an hour/day

To chant Lord Shiva/Lord Sri Maha Vishnu in silence as much as possible

To observe SOMAVARA VRATAM on Mondays (observe fasting if possible only)

As most of our sisters do work during the day and to do our duty is the first priority, they may observe in the evening especially Prodosh time around 6 to 7 PM with all the family & friends.

SHRAVANA MASAM IS DIVINE BOON FOR THE WOMEN FOLK TO OBSERVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO GET THE WELFARE OF THE WHOLE FAMILY AND TO GET MOKHA NOT TO BE BORAN AGAIN TO DIE!
